Police of the Czech Republic as Administrative Body in Weapons and Ammunition Sector
Abstract:
Při zpracování této práce jsem zaměřit svoji pozornost na problematiku bezpečnostní správy ČR, úlohu Policie ČR v tomto systému, na právní úpravu spojenou s touto problematikou a dále na postavení a úlohu Policie ČR jako správního orgánu na úseku zbraní a střeliva.
Abstract:
In my Bachelor thesis, I focused on problems of security management of the Czech Republic, the mission of the police in this system, the legal regulations linked with this issue. Furthermore, I was concerned with the role and function of the Czech police as the administrative body in weapons and ammunition sector.
