The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the competitive environment of cafés in Zlín. The thesis is divided into the theory and the analysis. The theoretical part comments on findings from economics and marketing. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je provést analýzu konkurenčního prostředí kaváren ve Zlíně. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na zpracování teoretických poznatků z oblasti ekonomie a marketingu. Následně vysvětluje pojmy konkurence, SWOT analýza, Porterův model pěti sil a marketingový mix.
