Abstract:
Práce se zabývá postavením právnické osoby jako poškozené trestným činem v trestním právu procesním a vysvětlení základních pojmů, práv a povinností každého poškozeného podle součastné právní úpravy.
Abstract:
The thesis is concerned with a position of a legal entity as a person injured by a criminal offence in the procedural criminal law and an explanation of basic terms, rights and duties of any injured person pursuant to the current legal regulations.
