Teacher's approach to the didactic technique at primary school

Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Přístupy učitelů k práci s didaktickou technikou ve výuce na 1. stupni ZŠ“ pojednává o tom, zda učitelé pracují s didaktickou technikou ve svých hodinách, dále jakou techniku a jakým způsobem ji používají. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části – teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretická část se zabývá učitelovým pojetím výuky, didaktickou technikou a tím, jak s ní pracovat, jak se na práci s ní připravit i jak ji ve výuce využít. Jakou funkci plní didaktická technika. Práce se zaměřuje i na tvorbu materiálů. Empirická část je založena na kvalitativním výzkumu, který se skládá ze strukturovaných rozhovorů s učiteli základních škol. Cílem bylo zjistit, jaký názor mají na didaktickou techniku; zda jim ve výuce nějak pomáhá; jestli si vytváří své materiály; a zda jsou z jejich pohledu školy dostatečně technikou vybavené. Výsledky jsou poté shrnuty v závěrečné části.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis „ Teacher's approach to the didactic technique at primary school “deals with whether teacher’s work with didactic technique in their lessons, which technique they use and how they use it. Diploma theses is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the teacher’s conception of education, the didactic technique, how to work with the technique, how to prepare to work with it and how to use it in educational process. What is the function of the didactic technique. The work is also focused on creation of materials.The practical part is based on qualitative research which is composed by structural interviews with the teachers from primary schools. The aim was to find out what teachers think about the didactic technique; whether it helps them in any way of education; if they create their own materials; and whether schools are sufficiently equipped with the didactic technique from their point of view. The results are summarized in the conclusion.
