The development of reading skills with understanding in year 3 and 4 in the first grade of the primary school

Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem "Rozvoj dovednosti čtení s porozuměním na 1. stupni ZŠ ve 3. a 4. třídě" základní školy je zaměřena na čtenářskou gramotnost, rozvoj čtenářské dovednosti s porozuměním a jejich úlohu v RVP. Jejím cílem je zjistit, jak pravidelná četba dětské knihy s použitím průzkumných otázek a pracovních listů vede k rozvoji čtenářské gramotnosti. V praktické části jsou vypracovány průzkumné otázky a pracovní listy ke knize "Naše parta" autora Karla Ptáčníka a jsou zaměřeny na rozvoj čtenářských dovedností. Ke každé liché kapitole bylo vypracováno 10 průzkumných otázek a ke každé sudé kapitole pracovní listy, které byly následně ověřeny v praxi u žáků 3. a 4. ročníku v základní škole.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis called "The Development of Reading Comprehension at the first grade of Primary School in years 3 and 4" is focused on the reading literacy, the development of reading skills and the reading comprehension and their role in the Framework Education Programme for Elementary Education. The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out, by using exploratory questions and worksheets, if regular reading of children´s books can lead to the development of reading literacy. The practical part of the diploma thesis contains the exploratory questions and the worksheets which are based on chapters of the book called "Our Bunch" written by Karel Ptáčník and they are focused on the development of reading skills. Ten exploratory questions are prepared for each odd chapter and each even chapter is accompanied by the worksheet
