V roce 2006 byl v České republice přijat nový zákon o nemocenském pojištění, u kterého byla později účinnost stanovena od 1.1.2009. Diplomová práce se zabývá konfrontací navrhované změny v poskytování nemocenských dávek v ČR ( se zaměřením na konstrukci nemocenského ) se stávajícím systémem. Abstract:
In 2006 in the Czech Republic adopted a new Act on Sickness Insurance, which was later determined the effectiveness of 1.1.2009. The thesis deals with the confrontation proposed changes in the provision of sickness insurance benefits in the Czech Republic ( with a focus on the construction of sickness benefits ) with the existing system.
