Abstract:
Cílem mé práce bylo věnovat pozornost ochraně nově vznikajícího lidského života v rámci trestného činu vraždy novorozeného dítěte matkou. Stěžejní část práce tvoří rozbor skutkové podstaty trestného činu a charakteristika novorozeného dítěte jako způsobilého předmětu útoku. Abstract:
The aim of my thesis was to focus on the protection of a newly originated human life in regards to the murder of a newborn child by its mother. The core of my thesis is based on an analysis of the body of the crime and on the characterization of a newborn child as a qualified subject of attack.
