Psychological help for clients in retirement home

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na sociální pracovníky a zjišťování psychologické pomoci u klientů v domovech pro seniory. Teoretická část této práce se zaměřuje na pojmy stáří, problémy ve stáří, péče o seniory, moderní technologie v sociální práci se seniory. Následuje průběh vztahů mezi sociálním pracovníkem a klientem. S tímto souvisí komunikace klienta a sociálního pracovníka a následné komunikační bariéry, které mohou vznikat. V aplikační části se věnuji tvorbě nástroje na zjištění psychologických potřeb. V mé bakalářské práci je využita kvantitativní metoda a s ní spojná technika tvorby dotazníku. Konkrétně se jedná o dotazník. Aplikační část práce je ukončena předvýzkumem.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on social workers and the identification of psychological help for clients in retirement home. The theoretical part of this thesis focuses on the concepts of old age, problems in old age, care for the elderly, modern technology in social work with the elderly. Then follows the course of the relationship between the social worker and the client. Related to this is the communication between client and social worker and the subsequent communication barriers that may arise. In the application part, I discuss the development of a tool to identify psychological needs. My bachelor thesis uses a quantitative method and the associated technique of questionnaire development. Specifically, the questionnaire. The application part of the thesis is completed with a pre-survey.
