Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma "Fyzické napadení zaměstnance v zařízení sociálních služeb uživatelem a možnosti řešení konfliktu tohoto typu". V oblasti sociálních služeb dochází stále častěji k projevům násilí vůči pracovníkům. Otázkou však je, jak zaměstnanci tyto situace zvládají, umí je řešit a zda vědí, jaké možnosti a techniky mohou využívat. Data zpracovávaná v této práci byla získána v závislosti na zkušenostech a poznatcích pracovníků (i osobních), zabývajících se problematikou lidí žijících v zařízeních sociálních služeb. Sběr dat byl proveden formou dotazníkového šetření. Otázky v dotazníku jsou zaměřeny na zjištění věku, pohlaví, vzdělání, názory a délku praxe respondentů a na možnosti řešení krizových situací. Výsledky šetření povedou k potvrzení nebo vyvrácení hypotézy uvedené níže. Na základě zpracování odpovědí respondentů bude možné zhodnotit, zda jsou pracovníci dostatečně informováni o možnostech a řešení krizových situací.

The act of violence towards the emloyees is more often in the area of the welfare service. But the question is how employees deal with this situation, how they can solve it and if they know what kind of possibilities and techniques they can use. Data elaborated in the thesis were gained depending on experiences and knowledge of the employees (even personal), who are engaged in the problem of persons living in the facilities of welfare service. Collection of data was perfomed by means of the questionnaire research. The questions in the questionnaire aim at the age, sex, education, ascertain, opinions and the length of practice of respondents and possibilities to solve crisis situation. Results of the research are leading to confirmation or disconfirmation of hypothesis introduced below. On the basis of the respondents' answers elaboration it will be possible to evaluate if the employees are informed about crisis situation possibilities and solution enough.
