Místní poplatky jsou svou povahou finančními povinnostmi občanů, které zakládá obec na základě zákonného zmocnění pomocí obecně závazných vyhlášek. S touto problematikou souvisí řada institutů, přičemž cílem mé diplomové práce je charakteristika jednotlivých místních poplatků a především jejich využívání v konkrétně zvolených obcích. Local taxes are by nature the financial duties of citizens, which municipality establishes by generally binding decrees pursuant to statutory authorization. These issues are related to a number of institutes, however the objective of my thesis is a characteristic of individual local taxes especially on their utilization in specifically selected municipalities.
