Diplomová práce pojednává o vyšetřování sexuálních trestných činů. Teoretická část se zabývá definicí základních pojmů souvisejících s touto trestnou činností. Obecně charakterizuje sexuální trestné činy. Dále se práce zaměřuje na vyšetřování této trestné činnosti. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the investigation of sexual offences. The theoretical part deals with the definition of basic terms related to this crime. It characterizes sexual crimes in general. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on the investigation of this crime.
