Evulation of Budějovický Budvar´s, n.p. Financial Situation

Abstract:

Zhodnocení finanční situace podniku je také často nazýváno pojmem finanční zdraví podniku. K zjištění tohoto zdraví podniku slouží formalizovaná metoda finanční analýzy a to na základě hodnocení ekonomických výsledků podniku v minulosti, současnosti, a predikce výsledků do budoucna. Metody finanční analýzy se řadí mezi jedny z nejdůležitějších nástrojů pro finanční řízení podniku a jeho kontrolu. Hodnocení finanční situace podniku se skládá ze struktury a vývoje položek rozvahy a výkazu zisku a ztráty pomocí metody vertikální a horizontální analýzy. Pomocí analýzy poměrových ukazatelů je hodnocena likvidita, rentabilita, aktivita a finanční struktura majetku.Finanční analýza lze použít nejen uvnitř podniku jako nástroj pro strategické řízení, ale také i při pohledu zvenčí, při hodnocení a výběru partnerů v obchodních oblastech.Hodnocení finančního zdraví podniku je zpracováno na základě účetních dat pivovaru Budějovický Budvar, n.p. Cílem práce je zhodnotit finanční situaci pivovaru, zhodnotit dosavadní finanční řízení podniku a přinést návrhy na zlepšení současné finanční situace pivovaru Budějovický Budvar, n.p.

Abstract:

Assessing the financial situation is also often called term financial health of the company. To find such financial health of the company we use a formalized method of financial analysis based on the evaluation of the economic results of the company's past, present, and predictions of future results. Methods of financial analysis rank among the most important tools for financial management and control. Evaluation of the financial situation of the company consists of the structure and evolution of the balance sheet and profit and loss account using the method of vertical and horizontal analysis. Liquidity, profitability, activity and financial structure of the property is assessed by analyzing the ratios. Financial analysis can be used not only inside the company as a tool for strategic management, but also when viewed from the outside in the assessment and selection of partners in business areas. The evaluation of financial health is elaborated on the basis of Budweiser Budvar s.o.e. accounting data. The aim is to assess the financial situation of the brewery, evaluate the actual financial management and provide suggestions to improve the current situation of the enterprise.
