Comparison of collective investments in the Czech Republic and the USA.
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je porovnat kolektivní investování v České republice a Spojených státech amerických. V teoretické části je definováno kolektivní investování. Praktická část analyzuje jeho vývoj a právní úpravu v České republice a v USA a komparuje tuto oblast v obou zemích z několika různých pohledů.
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to compare collective investments in the Czech Republic and the USA. The theoretical part of this thesis defines a collective investment scheme. The practical part analyses its development and legislation in the Czech Republic and the USA and compares this industry in both countries from a couple of different perspectives.
