The role of supervision in non-profit organizations providing assistance and support to families with children.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem Úloha supervize v nestátních neziskových organizacích poskytující pomoc a podporu rodinám s dětmi. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na supervizi a vše, co s ní souvisí. První kapitola se zabývá supervizí jako takovou a dále supervizorem jako osobou. Další kapitola popisuje vztah mezi supervizorem a supervidovaným. Třetí kapitola uvádí funkce, druhy a typy supervize. Následující kapitola vysvětluje pojem Balintovská skupina. Předposlední kapitola je věnována syndromu vyhoření, který je aktuální vzhledem k psychické zátěži pracovníků. Poslední kapitola v teoretické části shrnuje popis nestátních neziskových organizací. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jaké metody a techniky využívá supervize v nestátních neziskových organizacích poskytující pomoc a podporu rodinám s dětmi. Druhým cílem bylo prozkoumat, jaká očekávání mají supervidovaní od supervize. Položené otázky mají za úkol odhalit, jaké typy supervizí jsou používané v nestátních neziskových organizacích, které poskytují pomoc a podporu rodinám s dětmi. Jedna z dílčích výzkumných otázek zněla: jaký přínos přináší supervize supervidovaným a poslední sledovaná otázka je: jak vnímají zaměstnanci supervizora dostatečně kompetentního pro supervizi? Kvalitativní výzkum byl prováděn metodou dotazování a technikou polořízeného rozhovoru. Zkoumaný soubor tvořily tři sociální pracovnice, které jsou zaměstnány v nestátní neziskové organizaci, a doplňoval jej další respondent, a sice supervizor, který do dané organizace dochází. Respondenti byli vybráni prostřednictvím účelového výběru. Tato práce může posloužit jako zpětná vazba na konanou supervizi ve vybraných zařízeních.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis engages in the Task of supervision in the non-state non-profit organisations providing the help and support to families with children The theoretic part of this Bachelor thesis is concentrated on the supervision and all what is closely related to it. One separate chapter concerns the Balint´s group and the burnout syndrome. The first chapter pursues the supervision as such and next the supervisor as a person. Next chapter describes a relation between a supervisor and a supervised. The third chapter gives functions, kinds and types of supervision. The following chapter explains the term of Balint´s group. The last but one chapter is dedicated to burnout syndrome, which is current in view of employees overworking. The last chapter of the theoretic part sums up the description of non-state non-profit organisations. The object of this Bachelor thesis was to find out, which methods are included in the supervision in the non-state non-profit organisations providing the help and support to families with children. The second object was to study the expectancy of supervised from the supervision. The asked questions should reveal the types of supervisions are used in the non-state non-profit organisations providing the help und support to families with children. One of the partial research questions was: "What benefit does the supervision bring to the supervised?" and the last followed question is worded:"How do employees perceive the supervisor adequately authorized for supervision?" The qualitative research was performed by method of questioning and by a half-control interview technique. The studied assemblage was made up from three social workers employed in a non-state non-profit organisation and one next respondent appended them. It was a supervisor visiting this organisation. Respondents were chosen via a specific choice. This work can serve as a feedback to an organized supervision in representative institutions.
