Předkládaná bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze organických polutantů v pevných environmentálních vzorcích (půdách a sedimentech) pomocí techniky zvané mikro-extrakce na pevnou fázi (solid phase micro-extraction - SPME). Abstract:
The presented bachelor´s thesis is devoted to the analysis of organic pollutants in solid environmental samples (soils and sediments) by means of solid phase micro-extraction (SPME). The method is based on the equilibrium distribution of pollutant in the water-soil/sediment-SPME fiber system.
