Basic Diagnostics and Comprehensive Examination in Prehospital Emergency Care

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce Základní diagnostika a komplexní vyšetření v přednemocniční neodkladné péči je přiblížit čtenáři práci zdravotnické záchranáře v režimu rychlé zdravotnické pomoci. Dále má poukázat na diferenciální diagnostiku a fyzikální vyšetření v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Připomíná nejčastější algoritmy při postupu diagnostiky. V první kapitole nalezneme činnost záchranáře včetně legislativy, také se dotkneme sběru informací o pacientovi. V druhé kapitole jsou popsány jednotlivé možnosti a druhy vyšetření pacienta. V této kapitole jsou také zmíněny nejčastější příznaky, u kterých je prováděna diferenciální diagnostika. Třetí kapitolu tvoří praktická část, ve které jsou uvedeny kazuistiky s širokou škálou urgentních stavů zahrnující traumata, neurologickou a interní problematiku. V závěru nalezneme celkové shrnutí práce a cílů.

Abstract:

The subject of this Bachelor´s dissertation Basic diagnosis and comprehensive examination in pre-hospital emergency care is to explain the work of paramedic. It should also point out differential diagnosis and physical examination. Recalls the most comomon algorithms in the diagnostic procedure. In the first chapter we find the procedures of paramedic, including legislatio, adn we also touch on the collection of informations about the patient. The second chapter describes possibilities and types of patient examination. In this chapter are also discussed the most common symptoms where differential diagnosis is perfomed. The third chapter consists of a practical part, which presents case reports with a wide range of urgent conditions including traumas, neurological and general medicine issues. In the end of this dissertation we find an overall summary of the dissertation and objectives.
