This thesis deals with monitoring of a certification process in a special type of a small and medium business organization. I enumerate relevant quotations of norms relevant to this theme and my description of necessary phase which have to be taken, so that the certification according to the norm ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 could be successfully concluded.
