Abstract:
Cílem práce je na základě právní exegeze zákona o soudnictví ve věcech mládeže (zákon č. 218/2003 Sb.) a na základě analýzy statistiky kriminality mladistvých dospět syntézou zjištěných poznatků k návrhům změn této právní úpravy.
Abstract:
The gaol of this thesis is on the strength of legal exegesis of law about the judiciary in case of youth (law n. 218/2003 code of laws) and on the strength of analysis of youthful criminality to accomplish an amendment by synthesis of finding knowledge.
