Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá poruchami osobnosti u pachatelů závažné hospodářské a korupční trestné činnosti. Pozornost je věnována především antisociální poruše osobnosti. Na teoretické vymezení problému navazuje kvalitativní výzkum. Pomocí screeningové verze dotazníku psychopatie (PCL-SV) byly vyhodnocovány informace vypovídající o osobnosti vybrané skupiny pachatelů. Diploma thesis concerns with personality disorders of perpetrators of serious economic and corruption crimes. The author focuses especially on antisocial personality disorder. There is theoretical definition of the topic in the first part of the thesis followed by qualitative research.
