Generic Composition of Vegetation in Selected Organic Orchads

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo druhové vyhodnocení vegetace ve vybraných ekolo-gických ovocných sadech a určit procento zaplevelení. Určování proběhlo na vybraných stanovištích pomocí fytocenologických snímků v letních měsících v roce 2018. Vybrané ovocné sady se nacházely v oblasti Bravinné a v marginální oblasti Břidličná. Následně byly výsledky zpracovány pomocí analýzy DCA a CCA, výpočty byly provedeny pro-gramem Canoco 5.0. V sadech bylo nalezeno 34 druhů plevelných rostlin. V ekologickém sadu Bravinné na stanovišti meziřadí byly nejvíce procenticky zastoupe-ny druhy: Agrostis stolonifera, Bromus hordeaceus, Ranunculus acris. V příkmenném pásu to byly druhy: Cirsium arvense, Sonchus asper, Tanacetum vulgare. Na stanovišti souvrať se nejvíce vyskytovaly: Aegopodium podagraria, Apera spica-venti, Urtica dioi-ca. V ekologickém ovocném sadu v marginální oblasti Břidličná se v meziřadí nejhojněji vyskytovaly tyto druhy: Aegopodium podagraria, Hypericum perforatum, Trisetum flavescens. Na stanovišti příkmenný pás: Galium album, Hypericum perforatum, Planta-go lanceolata a na stanovišti souvrať byly nejhojněji zastoupeny tyto druhy: Carlina acaulis, Hypericum maculatum, Rubus ulmifolius.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis was a generic evaluation of vegetation in selected organic orchards and to determine the weed infestation percentage. The determination process took place at selected sites using phytosociological relevés in the summer months of 2018. Selected orchards were located in Bravinné area and in the marginal area of Bři-dličná. Subsequently, the results were processed by DCA and CCA analysis, calculati-ons were performed by Canoco 5.0. 34 species of weed plants were found in the or-chards. In the ecological orchard Bravinné, in the inter-row area, the most represented species were: Agrostis stolonifera, Bromus hordeaceus, Ranunculus acris. In the areas of the trunk, the species were: Cirsium arvense, Sonchus asper, Tanacetum vulgare. The most abundant headland species were: Aegopodium podagraria, Apera spica-venti, Urti-ca dioica. In the ecological fruit orchard in the marginal area of Břidličná, the most re-presented species in the inter-row section were: Aegopodium podagraria, Hypericum perforatum, Trisetum flavescens. In the area of the trunk: Galium album, Hypericum perforatum, Plantago lanceolata and the following species were most abundant in the headland: Carlina acaulis, Hypericum maculatum, Rubus ulmifolius.
