Obchodné spoločnosti sú najpoužívanejšou formou zakladania spoločností. V našej bakalárskej práci budeme charakterizovať jednotlivé typy obchodných spoločností, taktiež charakterizujeme všeobecné dôvody zrušenia a zániku obchodných spoločností a budeme analyzovať dôvody zrušenia týchto jednotlivých typov obchodných spoločností.
