Common Agricultural Policy and its reforms

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je tématicky zaměřena na oblast jedné z nejdůležitějších obchodních politik respektující prosazování a obhajování národních strategických zájmů, vytváření mezinárodního prostředí pro rozvoj politické a hospodářské spolupráce v rámci EU – Společnou zemědělskou politiku. Je důležité si uvědomit, že nejen hospodářské vztahy, ale i správné fungování státního aparátu jsou významným faktorem ovlivňující mezinárodní vztahy a obchod, který následně vytváří vnější podmínky pro ekonomický rozvoj. Teoretická část, která je soustředěna do úvodních kapitol je věnována všeobecnému pohledu na tuto politiku, jejímu historickému vývoji, principům úspěšného fungování, cílům, finančnímu zajištění, jednotlivým reformním krokům s odůvodněním jejich nutnosti a zejména s tím úzce související integrací českého zemědělství do EU. Praktická část se podrobněji zabývá institucionálním zajištěním Společné zemědělské politiky na území České republiky, identifikací a analýzou problémů, návrhem jejich řešení s cílem zefektivnit akceschopnost orgánů státní správy.

Abstract:

The theme of this bachelor paper is focused on the area of one of the most important business policies respecting the enforcement and defending of the national strategic interests, creation of the international environment for the development of the political and economic co-operation within the EU – The Common Agricultural Policy. It is important to realize that not only economic relations but also proper functioning of the state apparatus are significant elements influencing the international relations and business, which subsequently create the external conditions for the economic growth. The theoretical part which stretches across the introductory chapters is devoted to the general view of this policy, its historical development, principles of its successful functioning, the aims, financial provisions, individual reformatory steps with rationalization of their necessity, and most importantly to the accompanying integration of the Czech agriculture in the EU. The practical part deals in detail with the institutional provision of the Common Agricultural Policy within the Czech Republic, identification and analysis of the problems, suggestion of their solutions aiming at the improvement of the efficiency of the public administration authorities.
