Socially legal aspects of illegal behaviour of elementary school students

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá protiprávním jednáním dětí a mladistvých. V první části se věnuje nastínění rodinného prostředí a života v něm. Snaží se objasnit, jakým způsobem může rodina ovlivnit chování dítěte, ať už pozitivně či negativně. Následně se tato práce věnuje vymezení základních pojmů a druhům protiprávní činnosti, kterých se děti a mladiství dopouštějí nejčastěji. Protože taková činnost nemůže zůstat bez odezvy, je zde popisováno, jak jsou tito mladí pachatelé za své činy trestáni. Praktická část za pomocí strukturovaného dotazníku objasňuje zkušenost žáků základních škol s protiprávním jednáním a hodnotí, jakým způsobem se žáci staví k této problematice, pokud se s ní setkají.

Abstract:

This bachelor?s thesis deals with the illegal behaviour of children and youth. In the first part it focuses on outlining the family environment and the life within it. It tries to clarify the ways in which a family can affect the behaviour if a child, whether in a positive or a negative light. Subsequently the thesis focuses on the demarcation of basic notions, and the various kinds of illegal activities the children and youth perpetrate the most. Since such activity cannot remain without repercussion, it is described just how are these young perpetrators punished for their actions. With the aid of a structured questionnaire, the practical part clears up the experience of primary school pupils with the illegal activity and then it evaluates in what way they face this issue, if they face it at all.
