Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice managementu rizik v MSP. Zaměřuje se na malé a střední podniky, definuje pojem riziko, uvádí klasifikaci rizik, řízení rizik a v neposlední řadě metody a cesty, kterými lze riziko snížit. Dále jsou v práci odhalena rizika ve vybraném malém podniku a následně jsou navržena možná řešení vedoucí k minimalizaci těchto rizik. Teoretická východiska kompilují poznatky …more

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of risk management in SMEs. It focuses on small and medium-sized businesses, defines insurance risk, and presents risk classification, risk management, and last but not least, a number of methods and paths that can reduce risk.
