Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na kazuistiku pacienta s fibrilací síní a následnou kardioverzí. V teoretické části práce je popsána definice fibrilace síní včetně jejího patofyziologického mechanismu, klinických příznaků a komplikace, které mohou u fibrilace síní vzniknout. The bachelor thesis is focused on a case report of a patient with atrial fibrillation and subsequent cardioversion. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the definition of atrial fibrillation, including its pathophysiological mechanism, clinical symptoms and complications that may arise in atrial fibrillation.
