Abstract:

UVOD: Tato diplomova prace se zabyva problematikou spravneho sezeni u deti mladsiho skolniho veku. CIL PRACE: Hlavnim cilem je zmapovat problematiku spravneho sezeni u deti mladsiho skolniho veku. Vedlejsimi cili je vytvoreni dotazniku pro rodice deti mladsiho skolniho veku a pro ucitele zakladnich skol. Zhodnoceni atributu spravneho sezeni zaku, celkove zhodnoceni ziskanych dat a vytvoreni metodickeho doporuceni pro pedagogy zakladnich skol. METODIKA: Metodikou pro tuto diplomovou praci je dotaznikove setreni. To bylo provedeno na Chomutovsku a Mostecku u ucitelu zakladnich skol a u rodicu deti mladsiho skolniho veku. Druhym typem je pozorovani ve tridach pri vyucovacich hodinach na zakladni skole ve Strupcicich. VYSLEDKY: Byly stanoveny dve hypotezy, platnost byla otestovana pomoci chi-kvadrat testu. Vysledkem testovani hypotezy c. 1 je, ze cetnost nastavovani skolniho nabytku nezavisi na delce pedagogicke praxe. Vysledkem testovani hypotezy c. 2 je, ze detske stezovani si na bolest koncetin, zad, hlavy, pazi, ramen nebo nohou nezavisi na cetnosti traveni volneho casu deti aktivnim pohybem. ZAVER: Zaverem prace je vytvoreni metodickeho doporuceni pro pedagogy zakladnich skol. Ten doporucuje vhodne cviky pro rozproudeni krve v tele, cviky na protahnuti zad, koncetin, krku a hlavy. Pomaha ucitelum s nejrychlejsim a nejucinnejsim zpusobem spravneho nastaveni skolniho nabytku.

Abstract:

INTRODUCTION: This diploma thesis deals with the issue of correct sitting for children of younger school age. THE AIM OF THE WORK: The main goal is to map the issue of correct sitting for children of younger school age. Secondary goals are the creation of questionnaires for parents of children of younger school age and for elementary school teachers. Evaluation of the attributes of the correct seating of pupils, overall evaluation of the obtained data and the creation of methodological recommendations for elementary school teachers. METHODOLOGY: The methodology for this thesis is a questionnaire survey. This was done in Chomutov and Most, with primary school teachers and parents of children of younger school age. The second type is classroom observation during lessons at the elementary school in Strupcice. RESULTS: Two hypotheses were established, validity was tested using the chi-square test. The result of testing hypothesis No. 1 is that the frequency of adjusting school furniture does not depend on the length of teaching experience. The result of testing hypothesis No. 2 is that children's complaints of pain in the limbs, back, head, arms, shoulders or legs do not depend on the frequency of spending their free time with active movement. CONCLUSION: The conclusion of the work is the creation of methodological recommendations for elementary school teachers. He recommends suitable exercises to get the blood flowing in the body, exercises to stretch the back, limbs, neck and head. It helps teachers with the fastest and most efficient way to set up school furniture correctly.
