Diplomová práce se zabývá interakcemi želatiny B s anionickými tenzidy - Dodecyl sulfátem sodným (SDS) a N-lauroyl sarkosinátem sodným (SDSa)a jejich směsí v různém poměru. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku základních pojmů a metod, které jsou dále využity k práci. Praktická část je složena ze dvou pasáží. V první je sledováno chování tenzidů ve vodě. Abstract:
This master thesis deals with interaction of gelatin B with anionic surfactants - Sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) and sodium N-lauroyl sarcosinate (SDSa) and their mixtures in various proportions. The theoretical part is focused on the charasteristic of the basic components and methods that are further used to work. The practical part consist two passages.
