Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou etických aspektov bankového podnikania. Práca je rozdelená do troch kapitol. Prvá kapitola je rozčlenená na sedem podkapitol, skladajúcich sa z viacerých častí. V prvej kapitole sú vymedzené základné pojmy banka, bankové podnikanie, spoločensky zodpovedné podnikanie, etika, etický kódex, etický a sociálny audit, ombudsman pre etiku.
