Current Trends and Issues in the Legislative Activity of the Public Administration
Abstract:
Diplomová práce poskytuje náhled na právní úpravu legislativní tvorby veřejné správy s akcentem na aktuální problémy a trendy právotvorby především územní samosprávy. Cílem diplomové práce je prozkoumat aktuální trendy legislativní tvorby veřejné správy a identifikovat s tím související problémy a navrhnout možná řešení těchto problémů.
Abstract:
This thesis provides insight into the formation of legislative regulation of public administration with an emphasis on current issues and trends legislation especially local governments. The thesis aims to examine current trends in the legislative creation of the public administration and to identify related problems and suggest possible solutions to these problems.
