Elements of Music Therapy and Dance Movement Therapy with Reference to Elementary School Age Children

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na využití prvků muzikoterapie a taneční terapie u dětí mladšího školního věku. Uvedená cvičení jsou určena pro hodiny tělesné výchovy a tělovýchovné chvilky v jiných předmětech či kroužcích. Cílem diplomové práce bylo vytvořit metodickou příručku pro učitele 1. stupně základní školy a poukázat na možnosti využití prvků muzikoterapie a tančení terapie. Příručka obsahuje soubory cvičení muzikoterapeutických a tanečně terapeutických technik a vhodně upravené a zjednodušené lidové tance. V teoretické části je popsána hudba, šíření hudby a její působení na člověka, muzikoterapie, taneční terapie a lidový tanec s jejich vymezením pojmů a historickým kontextem, charakteristika mladšího školního věku a vzdělávacího oboru pohybová a taneční výchova z RVP. Praktická část byla také ověřována v praxi a připomínkována učiteli na 1. stupni, proto je doplněna praktickými poznámkami.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on usage of music therapy and dance therapy for young learners. Activities used in the thesis are intended for physical training lesson as well as for other lessons where body movement and dance can be used. The aim of my thesis was to create a methodical handbook for primary school teachers and to show the possibility of music and dance therapy usage. The handbook includes sets of exercises which deals with music and dance therapy and also covers some easy folk dances. Music, music therapy and folk dance are described in the theoretical part of the thesis. It focused on their development, influence on humans as well as explanation of terms on historical basis. Characteristics of young learner’s age and a study field of physical and dance training found in national framework of education is also included in this part. Practical part of the thesis was used in practice and marked up by primary school teachers. Therefore practical notes are also filled in.
