Abstract:

Integrace - jak násilná, tak nenásilná - výrazně ovlivňovala moderní dějiny Evropy. Tato bakalářské práce se zabývá nejprve násilným pokusem nacistického Německa o ovládnutí evropského kontinentu se zvláštním zaměřením na Protektorát Čechy a Morava. Na příkladu poválečné integrace západoevropských států do Evropského hospodářského společenství a států východního bloku do Rady vzájemné hospodářské pomoci jsou naznačeny dvě cesty evropského vývoje po Druhé světové válce. V rámci práce jsou rovněž shrnuty dosavadní výsledky evropského integračního procesu v podobě Evropské unie, význam integrace a její vliv na neintegrované země.

Abstract:

Integration - both forced and natural - involved the modern history of Europe significantly. This thesis is dealing at first with forced try of Nazi Germany to overrule Europe with special emphasis on the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. The example of after war integration of west European states into European Community and the states of eastern bloc into the Council of Mutual Economic Assistance shows the two ways of European development after World War II. There are also summed up actual results of European integration process in the frame of European Union in this thesis, the importance of integration and its influence on non-integrated countries.
