V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme hledání jaderných faktorů schopných přímo interagovat s katalytickou podjednotkou telomerázy (AtTERT) a POT1a proteinem u modelové rostliny Arabidopsis thaliana. Skrze protein-proteinové interakce enzym plní svoje primární funkce či funkce nezávislé na prodlužování telomer. In this thesis, we were searching for nuclear factors capable of direct interactions with the catalytic telomerase subunit (AtTERT) and the POT1a protein from model plant Arabidopsis thaliana.
