Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na kritickou analýzu právní úpravy exekucí prodejem nemovitých věcí podle exekučního řádu. Při rozboru jednotlivých fází tohoto způsobu provedení exekuce se bude tato diplomová práce zabývat zásadními výkladovými a aplikačními problémy současné právní úpravy. This thesis focuses on the critical analysis of a law legislation in the distraint by selling a real estate by enforcement procedure. The thesis will deal with fundamental issues of interpretation and application of current legislation when analyzing the different stages of this process to perform the distraint.
