Terrain home social service in Bohumín

Abstract:

Tématem mé bakalářské práce jsou terénní sociální služby pro seniory v Bohumíně. Práce se věnuje sociálním službám, konkrétněji terénní sociální službě. V teoretické části popíšu pojmy, sociální služby, sociální práce, terénní sociální služba, senior, stárnutí, stáří, a standardy kvality sociálních služeb. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit očekávání a názory uživatelů na pečovatelskou službu, jejímž poskytovatelem je Centrum sociálních služeb Bohumín, p.o. Jedná se o osoby se sníženou soběstačností a zdravotním postižením. Porozumět, jak probíhá terénní sociální práce a jak se odlišuje od jiných forem. Dílčí otázkou bude zjistit, jaké jsou názory uživatelů na terénní sociální službu, jaká jsou jejich očekávání a jaký je přístup uživatele k práci terénních pracovníků. Uvedu zde metodu výzkumného šetření pomocí kazuistiky a expertního rozhovoru s uživateli.

Abstract:

The topic of my bachelor's thesis is field social services for the elderly in Bohumín. The work is devoted to social services, more specifically field social service. In the theoretical part, I will describe the concepts of social services, social work, field social service, seniors, aging, old age, and quality standards of social services The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out the expectations and opinions of users about the care service provided by the Center of Social Services Bohumín, p.o. These are persons with reduced self-sufficiency and disabilities. Understand how outreach social work is done and how it differs from other forms. A sub-question will be to find out what the users' opinions are about the outreach social service, what their expectations are and what the user's approach is to the work of the outreach workers. I will present here the method of research investigation using a case study and an expert interview with users.
