Human Resources Management in selected Organization

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou řízení lidských zdrojů ve vybrané organizaci. V rámci primárního cíle jsou navrženy optimalizační změny a inovace pro zvýšení efektivity stávajícího systému řízení a rozvoje lidských zdrojů, konkrétně v oblasti získávání, výběru a adaptace pracovníků. Nejprve jsou v teoretické části charakterizovány a definovány pojmy využívané v managementu lidských zdrojů. V první řadě je v praktické části charakterizována společnost, která je předmětem diplomové práce - název společnosti, nesmí být zveřejněn, a to v souladu s požadavkem managementu firmy. Dále jsou v praktické části pomocí deskripce analyzovány jednotlivé části recruitment procesu a adaptace tak, jak jsou v organizaci aplikovány. Součástí praktické části je také empirický výzkum, konkrétně analýza spokojenosti zaměstnanců, která byla provedena u pracovníků společnosti. V závěrečné části práce jsou, pomocí syntézy a dále i interpretace výsledků výzkumu, navrženy vlastní inovativní postupy a doporučení.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the management of human resources in selected organization. Optimization changes are proposed as part of the primary objectives and innovations to enhance the effectiveness of the current system of management and human resource development, particularly in the area of recruitment, selection and adaptation of workers. The theoretical part first characterizes and defines the terms used in the management of human resources. First and foremost there is characteristics of the company in the practical part. The company is the subject of the thesis - the name of the company cannot be published in accordance with the requirement of their management. Furthermore, in the practical part there is analyzed using a description of each of the recruitment process and adaptation as they are applied in the organization. The practical part has also an empirical research, namely the analysis of employee satisfaction, which was performed by company employees. In the final part of the thesis there are proposals for innovative practices and recommendations using the synthesis and interpretation of results of research.
