Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje trh architektonických ateliérů v Praze a v České republice. Detailně rozebírá marketingové aktivity Architektonického studia MEPRO. Na základě analýzy zákazníků, konkurence, SWOT analýzy a PESTLE analýzy je zpracován návrh efektivní marketingové komunikace pro tento podnikatelský subjekt.Abstract:
This bachelor thesis analyzes the market of architectural studios in Prague and in the Czech Republic. It analyzes in detail the marketing activities of the Architectural Studio MEPRO. Based on the analysis of customers, competitors, SWOT analysis and PESTLE analysis, a proposal for effective marketing communication of this business entity is prepared.
