Information map of care for woman with physiological puerperium

Abstract:

Teoretická část práce popisuje fyziologické šestinedělí, změny v organismu ženy v průběhu šestinedělí a péči porodní asistentky o ženu v tomto období. Dále je v práci popisována problematika edukace a edukační činnost porodní asistentky během průběhu fyziologického šestinedělí. Praktická rovina práce představuje informační mapu péče, kterou jsme sestavily na základě poskytnuté péče třem ženám po porodu, formou procesu v porodní asistenci. V této mapě, sloužící pro ženy v šestinedělí, je stručně vystiženo, jaký je průběh fyziologického šestinedělí, co ženu v tomto období čeká a mnoho dalších informací. Dále se zde zabýváme samotnou problematikou edukace.

Abstract:

Theoretical part of the work describes the physiological puerperium, changes in the woman´s body during puerperium and midwifery care of a woman in this period. The work also describes problems of education and educational activities of midwives during the course of physiological puerperium. In practical part of the work, we present the information map of care, which we introduced to three women after delivery based on provided care by process in midwifery assistance. Process of physiological puerperium and what could be expected in this period and a lot of information you can find in this map for women who are in puerperium period. In addition we describe the problematic of education.
