Diplomová práce z oblasti zdravotního pojištění se zabývá problematikou postavení pojištěnce a plátců pojistného ve zdravotním pojištění. Po úvodním definování základních principů zdravotního pojištění se práce zabývá jednotlivými subjekty ve zdravotním pojištění. Detailněji jsou analyzovány práva a povinnosti plátců pojistného. This dissertation from the field of health insurance is aimed at the problem of the insured party position and the insurance premium payers within the health insurance.
