Tato bakalářská práce popisuje nejfrekventovanější poskytované zaměstnanecké benefity, jejich právní úpravu a jednotlivé daňové dopady pro zaměstnance a zaměstnavatele. Ve vybraných společnostech poukazuje na různorodost přímo nabízených benefitů. The bachelor thesis describes the best-known employee benefits, their legal arrangements and individual tax implications for employees and employers. In selected companies it points to the diversity of the directly offered benefits.
