Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá aktuální problematikou pracovní angažovanosti a osobnosti u 100 operátorů ve výrobě. Cílem této práce je zjištění míry vztahu mezi pracovní angažovaností a osobnostními vlastnostmi v pojetí pětifaktorového modelu osobnosti a prozkoumání dalších faktorů, které mohou ovlivňovat míru pracovní angažovanosti. The thesis is dealing with the latest problems of work engagement and personalities of 100 factory workers. The goal of this work is to determine the level of relationship between work engagement and personality features in Five-factor Personality Model.
