Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem Ústavního soudu České republiky. Práce obsahuje pouze teoretickou část. První kapitola obsahuje základní pojmy spojené s Ústavním soudem. Druhá kapitola je věnována pramenům ústavního práva ? Ústavě ČR, Listině základních práv a svobod a ústavním zákonům. Ve třetí kapitole je popsána historie ústavního soudnictví obecně, a také historie ÚS na území České republiky. Ve čtvrté kapitole dochází k porovnání Ústavního soudu Slovenské republiky a Polska s ÚS České republiky. Cílem práce je analýza Ústavního soudu a prohloubení znalostí v této právní oblasti.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis describes the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic. Thesis includes only theoretical part. The firt chapter includes basic concepts of the Constitutional Court. The second chapter is about origins of constitutional law - Constitution of the Czech Republic, the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms and fundamental law. The third chapter describes the history of constitutional justice in general, and the history of the Constitutional Court in the Czech Republic. In the fourth chapter there is a comparison of the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic and Poland to the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic. The aim of thesis is analyze of the Constitutional Court and deepen knowledge in this area of law.
