Anotácia:

Diplomová práce „Problematika reintegrace po výkonu trestu odnětí svobody“ pojednává v teoretické části o kriminalitě v ČR a podrobně se věnuje teoriím příčin vzniku kriminálního chování. Příčiny kriminogeneze vedou k porušení trestních norem a následně k uložení sankce- trestu. V našem soudnictví je často ukládán trest odnětí svobody. V práci jsou popsány funkce a účel trestu a zásady, které zvyšují jeho efektivitu. Blíže je pozornost věnována výkonu trestu odnětí svobody, především programům zacházení a jejich účinnosti a negativním jevům ve vězení, které narušují proces resocializace. Nápravná funkce trestu odnětí svobody není u nás dlouhodobě naplňována, o tom vypovídá vysoká míra recidivy. Práce se tedy snaží poukázat na nutnost návaznosti a prohloubení penitenciární péče s péčí postpenitenciární, která je nejčastěji realizovaná Probační a mediační službou ČR nebo neziskovými organizacemi Je tedy nezbytné zlepšit systém péče o osoby propuštěné z VTOS a tím snižovat recidivu trestné činnosti a tedy i celkový stav kriminality. Výzkumný cíl práce je zaměřen na kvalitativní rozbor životních příběhů osob, které mají zkušenost s VTOS. Práce zachycuje jejich názory na životní realitu po propuštění, strategie reintegrace do společnosti a jejich limity.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis „The Problems of Reintegration after Serving a Prison Sentence“ deals in theoretical part with crime in the Czech Republic and in detail concentrate on the theories of causes of crime. This causes of criminality genesis leads to breaking the law and next to the punishment. In our judicature there is often used imprisonment. In this thesis there are described function and purpose of punishment and the principles that enhance its effectiveness. The attention is focused on serving a prison sentence, on penitent intervention and their effectiveness and on negative phenomenon in prison, which interfere with process of resocialization. The corrective function of imprisonment is not in the long term accomplished. The proof is high rate of recidivism. This thesis try to show necessity of continuity and deepening penitentiary with post-penitentiary care, witch is most often realized by Probation and Mediation Service or by the non-profit organization. There is necessity to improve the system of care for person released from prison and thereby reduce recidivism and overall crime rate. The research goal of this thesis is centered on qualitative analysis of the life stories of people, who have experiences with prison. The thesis reflects their views on the life reality after release, than their strategies of reintegration into society and their limits.
