Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Účetní a daňový režim neziskové organizace“ je identifikace problémových aspektů v oblasti účetnictví a daní společenství vlastníků jednotek s cílem optimalizovat daňovou povinnost a nastavení účetního systému společenství. V teoretické části je nastíněn právní, účetní a daňový režim společenství včetně nové právní úpravy účinné od roku 2014. V praktické části jsou pak analyzovány a porovnávány teoretické a praktické poznatky účetního a daňového režimu společenství spolu s návrhy doporučení.

Abstract:

The object of submitted thesis „Accounting and tax regime of non – profit organization“ is identification problem aspects in the accounting and tax area of a flat owners association. The goal is to optimize tax duty and setting accounting system of a flat owners association. In the theoretical part of this thesis is outlined law, accounting and tax régime of a flat owners association including updated law adjustment valid from year 2014. There are analysed and compared theoretic and practical knowledge of the accounting and tax régime of the flat owners association in the practical part of this thesis together with solution proposals.
