Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá integračním sociálním podnikáním a chráněným trhem práce. Práce analyzuje aktuální situaci problematiky a zaměřuje se na zaměstnávání a integraci osob se zdravotním postižením. Závěr práce shrnuje zjištěné poznatky a navrhuje možná zlepšení.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with integrative social entrepreneurship and sheltered labor market. The thesis analyzes actual topic situation and it focused with employment and integration of people with disabilities. The final chapter summarises findings and suggests possible improvements.
