Abstract:
Práce pojednává o zaměstnaneckém časopise společnosti PENAM, jako součásti interní komunikace firmy. Zamýšlí se nad tím, zda je nositelem firemní kultury, posiluje hrdost a sounáležitost zaměstnanců k firmě a je nezbytnou součástí interní komunikace firmy. Práce nahlíží na tuto problematiku také z pohledu personalistů společnosti.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with an employee journal of the PENAM Company as a part of the inter-nal communication. It discusses, whether this journal is a vehicle of corporate culture, whether it reinforces pride and sense of belonging of employees to the company, and whe-ther it is an essential part of the internal communication of the firm.
