Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá komplexní analýzou právní regulace konzumace alkoholu. Rozebírá zákonnou právní úpravu konzumace alkoholu a snaží se poukázat na její slabiny. Dále předkládá rozbor obecně závazných vyhlášek, které konzumaci alkoholu regulují. Abstract:
This master's thesis represent a thorough analysis of the legal regulation of alcohol consumption. It deals with the statutory legal regulation of alcohol consumption and tries to point out its weaknesses. Then it follows up with an examination of alcohol consumption regulation as done by legally binding legislations.
