Abstract:
Tato bakalářská se zaměřuje na strategie zvládání stresu studentů středních škol v posledních ročnících. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol, kde se první kapitola zaobírá teoretickým pojetí stresu, druhá kapitola pak strategiemi zvládáním stresu a obrannými mechanismy a ve třetí uvádí období adolescence se specifickými stresory u adolescentů. This Bachleor thesis focuses on coping strategies of high school students in their senior years. The theoretical part is divided unto three chapters, where the first chapter deals with theoretical concept of stress, the second chaopter with coping strategies and defense mechanisms, and the third introduces the period of adolescence with specific stressors in adolescents.
