Abstract:

Bakalářská práce zkoumá za pomoci metody mystery shopping hodnocení poskytnutého servisu služeb 5 vybraných značkových prodejen T-mobilu Czech Republic a. s. v Praze. Zaměření bakalářské práce je především na hodnocení služeb, které nabízejí pracovníci poboček zmíněného operátora v Praze. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První, teoretická část, zohledňuje zejména potřebné pojmy, které slouží ke zvládnutí dané problematiky. Specifikuje oblast marketingového výzkumu a rozebírá metodu mystery shopping. Druhá, praktická část, se zabývá přímo uskutečněným marketingovým výzkumem, výsledky výzkumu a následná doporučení. Z provedeného výzkumu vyplývá, že pro spokojenost zákazníků je důležitý přístup personálu poboček a jejich komunikace směrem k zákazníkům, nikoliv vzhled a prostředí poboček.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis analyses the service provided at five selected branch stores of T-mobile Czech Republic in Prague using the method of mystery shopping. The main focus of this thesis is the evaluation of the service provided to customers by the employees in the branch stores of the mentioned operator. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is the theoretical part, which describes the main concepts needed for understanding the issues of marketing research and the method of mystery shopping. The second part is the practical part, which presents the conducted marketing research and its results and gives recommendations for possible improvements. The conducted research implies that the approach of the staff of the branch stores and their communication towards customers is what is important for the satisfaction of customers, not the store’s appearance or its environment.
