Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na motivaci dobrovolníků v Hospici svatého Lukáše a využívá kvantitativní výzkumnou metodu. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaké faktory ovlivňují motivaci dobrovolníků a jak by mohly být tyto faktory vylepšeny. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. This bachelor thesis focuses on the motivation of volunteers in the St. Luke's Hospice and utilizes a quantitative research method. The aim of the thesis is to identify the factors that influence the motivation of volunteers and how these factors could be improved. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical.
