Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je talent management, který je jedním z nástrojů oboru řízení lidských zdrojů, zaměřený na udržení a rozvoj pracovníku v rámci korporátní organizace. Teoretická část je věnovaná vymezení pojmů Talent management, vysvětlení, popisu a členění procesu vyhledávání a rozvoji zaměstnanců. V praktické části následuje analýza stávajícího systému Talent managementu ve vybrané organizaci XY, dle metod popsaných v teoretické části. Výstupem této práce po vyhodnocení získaných dat, je doporučení pro možná zlepšení systému talent managementu v organizaci s využitím moderních přístupu a metod.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis is talent management, which is one of the tools of human resources management, focused on retaining and developing employees within a corporate organization. The theoretical part is devoted to defining the concepts of Talent Management, explanation, description, and segmentation of the process of searching for and developing employees. In the practical part, an analysis of the current Talent Management system in the selected organization XY follows, based on the methods described in the theoretical section. The outcome of this work, after evaluating the obtained data, is recommendations for potential improvements in the talent management system in the organization using modern approaches and methods.
